US singer and ex-husband to the late Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown has been arrested for driving under the influence; yes he was drinking and driving.
Brown who was arrested a last night by law enforcement in Los Angeles was initially pulled over for allegedly driving while talking on a cell phone.
Reports say the 43-year-old is currently in the Van Nuys jail. If convicted, this will make it the second time running for Brown who faced a similar charge in Georgia 1996. He spent eight days in jail back then.
It’s been a busy year for the former New Edition band mate; Brown walked out of his ex-wife Whitney Houston’s funeral service and weeks late performed in Nigeria alongside Bel Biv Devoe.

His mom should have told him that's bad because look at him now...he's old and still didn't learn his lesson....
The sad thing is that there are others like him and they are hard to stop...
